Terms of Service

VietVisas is a private service that prepares and files Vietnamese consular paperwork. We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with any embassy or consulate.

The decision to grant or refuse any application rests entirely with the Vietnamese authorities.

We make our best effort to deliver exactly the service you ordered.

A refund is issued only where we are unable to fulfill the service.

If you supply incorrect or incomplete information and the filing fails as a result, we do not redo it and do not refund it; a corrected filing is a new order.

Any processing time we quote is an estimate, not a guarantee.

We are not liable for delays or errors caused by the postal service, a courier, or the consulate — including where these affect your travel (changed tickets, missed flights, lost bookings).

Our maximum liability for any claim is the service fee you paid us for that service.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or travel-related damages.

You authorize us to use the documents and information you submit to prepare and file your application.

Document images are stored privately and deleted 90 days after your order is complete.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and the authenticity of the documents you provide.

The service fee is shown before you submit. Fees charged by the consulate itself, where they apply, are separate.

Where you choose to pay later, payment is due when the service is complete.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
