Why VietVisas exists

VietVisas grew out of our own experience as Vietnamese people living in the U.S., with a mission to make Vietnamese passport, visa and document services trustworthy, secure and simpler to use. Whether you live, study or work in the U.S., we want every step of your application to be clear, transparent and convenient.

Our team brings technology and marketing experience from Silicon Valley. We combine engineering discipline, modern management and an understanding of our customers to build document services with clear processes and a system for tracking each case.

A specialist checks your documents before they are filed, so mistakes are caught here in the U.S. and not after the file reaches Vietnam. You pay only once you have the result in hand. And because we speak Vietnamese, we understand why one missing accent mark in a name can cost you a trip home.

Nguyễn Quỳnh Chi

Founder

  • · Master's in International Marketing, specializing in Social Media & Digital Marketing
  • · 10+ years in U.S. real-estate marketing
  • · Set how VietVisas checks documents and looks after customers

Chi holds a master's degree in International Marketing with a focus on Social Media & Digital Marketing, and trained in both the U.S. and the U.K. Over more than ten years in U.S. real-estate marketing she served clients with exacting standards, and learned that what keeps them is not a promise but always knowing where their paperwork stands.

Chi set the way the VietVisas team works with customers: procedures explained in plain Vietnamese, guidance matched to each person's circumstances, and a named specialist answering you from start to finish. She understands what Vietnamese people in the U.S. worry about with paperwork, and built the service around those worries.

How we work

  1. You send photos of your documents through Messenger, Zalo or email. Most cases don't require originals.
  2. A specialist checks first to confirm your request and explain any missing documents, the all-in fee and the processing time up front. If your case doesn't qualify, we tell you before you spend anything.
  3. We file in the right place — the Consulate General of Vietnam in San Francisco, New York or Houston, or an office in Vietnam through our Hanoi company, depending on the document.
  4. You track the progress on your own case tracking page, with specific milestones and timely updates — without having to ask repeatedly.
  5. The result comes to your door via FedEx with tracking, free to all 50 states. E-visas arrive by email.
  6. You pay after you receive it — Zelle, Venmo or card. No deposit.

Three principles

  • Trust. We have registered businesses in the U.S. and Vietnam. We explain the all-in fee, processing time and document list up front — no extra charges, no deposit.
  • Security. We protect customer information throughout processing. We use your documents only for the service you requested and delete the copies once it's complete.
  • Simplicity. Digital workflows keep your documents checked and your case tracked in the system — you don't have to keep asking for progress updates.

What we don't decide

VietVisas is not a government office. The consulate, Vietnam Immigration or the receiving office in Vietnam decides whether to issue a passport or visa, or accept a document. We don't promise approval. We prepare your application correctly, submit it to the right office and follow its progress. If your case is complicated, we tell you at the start.

Registered in two countries

VietVisas has registered businesses in both the United States and Vietnam. These two entities allow us to receive and process applications in the U.S. and handle the necessary steps in Vietnam, with clear responsibilities in each country.

Children's documents
5⭐ for VietVisas! I'm so happy. My child's paperwork was completed in just 2 days. The team is fast, professional, and caring — and best of all, I received the documents before paying. I'll be recommending them to my friends. Thank you so much, VietVisas!

Passport & birth certificate
Cindy is a very hard worker. She got me and my daughter, who is over 16, our own Vietnamese passports and birth certificate. Customer service and communication were excellent. I highly recommend them — they know what they are doing. Mahalo to Cindy!
