- Service information — the documents and personal details needed to complete your request, such as passport information, dates, addresses, and family or civil records. In most cases we work from photos or scans you send us.
- Communications — messages you send us through Facebook Messenger, Zalo, phone, or email.
- Payment information — handled by our payment provider. We confirm your total in writing before you pay, and we do not store your full card numbers.
- Website data — basic analytics and cookies (including the Meta/Facebook Pixel) that help us understand how visitors use the site.

How we keep your documents safe
Protecting your paperwork is the core of how we work:
- Most cases need no originals — we work from clear photos or scans, so your passport and original documents stay safely in your hands.
- When originals are genuinely required, they travel by tracked, insured overnight shipping in both directions and are returned to you with the finished work.
- Your documents are used for one purpose only: filing the service you requested with the consulate or the relevant Vietnamese authority.
- Access is limited to the specialist handling your case.
- We delete the copies and scans of your documents soon after your case is completed, keeping only the minimum required.
When we share information
We share your information only when it is needed to complete your service:
- With the consulate or Vietnamese authority, as required to complete your service.
- With shipping carriers, to deliver your documents.
- With our payment provider, to process your payment.
- When required by law.
We never sell your data
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
Data retention
We keep your information only as long as needed to complete your service and meet legal or accounting requirements. Copies and scans of your documents are deleted soon after your case is finished.
Your choices and rights
